Student enrollment is contingent upon participation, ability to obtain guard card and feasibility of employment:
- Must have an active GAIN/START case
- Read, write and speak English effectively
- Clean criminal background/no felonies or misdemeanors
- No outstanding warrants in CA or other States
- Must be able to pass physical exam & drug test
- May not be under child support restriction
- Must have a valid CA Driver’s License & Social Security Card
- Have a positive attitude
